(adj) – Something conspicuous is very easy to see or notice.

Synonyms: obvious, clear, evident, noticeable
Antonyms: inconspicuous, hidden, concealed, unclear, secret, unseen, clandestine
Etymology: 1540s Latin, from com- meaning “with” + PIE *spek- meaning "to observe" + the Latin adjective-forming suffix -osus
Example: When you choose your Heritage route, you want to make sure it's not too conspicuous.

Jacob says a time that I did something conspicuous was when I was hiding my cosin's sword he was looking for it because he wanted to see if it could dig a hole in the ground.

I am a big fan of vocabulary! Why should words be dull when they can be dazzling? It is my goal for your kids to learn at least 180 impressive words this year, not just so that they will recognize and understand them, but so that they will use them.
